MDN Fusion is, as we have always been, ready to deliver holistic, blended learning outcomes remotely.
Even prior to Covid-19, we almost always recommended a blended approach to learning – of which, the FTF classroom-based training was only one aspect. Approaches we used were:
Synchronous methods:

Asynchronous methods:
- Learning-in-Action Questionnaires
- Peer-Learning and Feedback
- Follow-up videos / case-studies
- Informal Social Learning Structures
With classroom-based training not an option for the foreseeable future, we are able to utilise technology to deliver short, and regular bite-sized interventions.
The regularity of the interventions allows for a higher retention of learning and the ability to make adjustments.
We are NOT trying to replicate classroom-based training online. We look at the tools that we have available to us and see how those tools, working together can help deliver the outcomes that you require. That has always been and continues to be our approach.
